We are extremely happy with Birgit selling our house! She sold our home very quickly and for much more money than we were expecting. This is the second time we are working with Brigit, the first time was to buy the house we just sold and to sell the house we were living in then. We had moved across the country when we asked Birgit to sell our house in Naples and she was very helpful through the whole process. She took the initiative to coordinate and work with the tenants who were living in the home and contractors to bring the house to market. A REALTOR WHO LISTENS AND CARES Birgit was instrumental in helping us find and purchase a home in Southwest FL. She was so on top of everything from the minute we met her. Asked all the right questions and right away pulled out a map to pinpoint areas where we might want to be. She started talking communities, amenities and locations within 5 minutes! We had very specific needs and she didn’t waste our time with places that wouldn’t work for us. We have worked with many realtors over the years and in many states. She is head and shoulders above any realtor we’ve ever used and we’ve had some really good ones :) The fact that she’s a pleasure to be with is a bonus ;) This was mostly a remote sale that all in took only 3 months to find the perfect place and close. Mind you in a ridiculously tough market with zero inventory and as I said mostly remote. She was able to work with us through texts, e-mails, phone calls, FaceTime, WhatsApp and last minute in person visits. She was also happy to work with our family scouts ;) The thing we were greatly impressed with is her attention to detail. If we didn’t notice something negative she pointed it out. Many realtors would go for the sale and move on. Not her she made sure we knew all the goods and bad’s about any given property. She stayed with us until closing was complete. Gave advice, helped us find and then worked with us through all the lawyers, lenders, notary’s, insurance agents, inspectors, assessors etc. She is truly a gem. I would tell anyone in need of a realtor who CARES AND LISTENS in Southwest Florida to contact Birgit immediately . You won’t regret it and you will then feel as lucky as we do :)

I just completed the fourth transaction with Birgit within five years, both as an investor and as homeowner for my own living purposes, which speaks for itself. Birgit was super-efficient helping me to buy one property about five years ago remotely, and she also assisted in selling it a couple of weeks ago very successfully. Apart from providing her professional experience in relation to the marketing of the property, she also was so helpful in offering her expertise during the entire remodel process, and she spent so much of her time getting the various vendors organized and arranged (kitchen supplier, appliances, contractors etc.). In a nutshell: you can expect her to run even more than an extra mile!

Birgit was really outstanding! She took care of everything and helped me a lot although I was not there as I‘m travelling for work a lot. She always kept in touch with me regarding any updates, was always available even at the weekends. Her knowledge about everything in Southwest Florida is really amazing.
